The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to counseling. We’ll talk about your goals, your current challenges, and any relevant background so I can identify what therapeutic support might be most helpful.

Sessions are available in person at the Lakewood office or online through secure Telehealth, depending on your preference and availability.

Individual counseling sessions are $135 for 50 minutes. Couples and family counseling sessions are $165 for 75 minutes. For premarital counseling, we can bundle 6 sessions for $800 or $135 for 50-minute sessions as needed.

Anchor & Bell operates as a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose to use HSA or FSA funds, and documentation can be provided if you would like to pursue reimbursement through your insurance provider.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As progress is made, sessions may shift to biweekly or periodic check-ins, depending on your needs and goals.

Our office is in an ideal location in Lakewood, CO, specifically at the corner of Alameda and Garrison. Some clients love grabbing a latte at Village Roaster before settling into a session or taking a walk at Lakewood Park afterward to get some fresh air. If you aren't able to come to the Lakewood office (or just prefer not to), online sessions are available through Telehealth. We're glad to work with clients in Golden, Denver, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Littleton, Morrison and the rest of Colorado!
